We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we are delighted to welcome your furry companions to Aaravee Countryside. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines.
1. General Guidelines
● Prior Approval Required: To ensure we can accommodate your pet, please inform our reservations team at the time of booking. Pet stays are subject to prior approval and room availability.
● Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of INR 1,200 per pet, per night, will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitization services.
● Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 1 pet is permitted per Deluxe Room and Suite. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per Deluxe Cottage.
2. Pet Etiquette and Responsibilities
● Leash Requirement: For the safety of your pet and other guests, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in public areas of the resort.
● Designated Areas: Pets are not permitted in the resort’s dining outlets, swimming pool, spa, or other common guest areas to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Designated pet relief areas are available on the property; please ask the front desk for their location.
● Cleanup: Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets on all resort grounds. Waste disposal bags are available at the front desk.
● Unattended Pets: Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room unless they are secured in a crate or carrier. Please ensure your pet does not cause a disturbance to other guests.
3. Damage and Liability
● Owner’s Responsibility: The pet owner is fully responsible for any and all property damage or personal injury caused by their pet. The cost of any damage will be charged to the guest’s account.
● Indemnity: By bringing your pet, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aaravee Countryside and its parent company, Shreedham Hospitalities Pvt Ltd., from any and all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet’s actions.
● Removal of Pet: Aaravee Countryside reserves the right to ask for the immediate removal of a pet from the property if it is damaging property, or behaving in a way that is deemed unsafe to other guests.
