• Payments can be made by cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to internet connectivity) and any digital medium applicable and recognised by RBI and other governing bodies; we do not accept cheques at the resort.
• Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not made upon check-in.
• Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of Guests Guaranteed or the Actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
• All extras to be cleared at the resort before departure.
• In the event of rooms booked on the Digital Mode without any advance payment, the booking will be held up to 3 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late arrival is provided.
• All extras, taken over & above the package rate, will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.
• The hotel is obligated to perform the services ordered by the customer and agreed to by the hotel. The customer is obligated to pay the hotel the agreed prices for these and other services enlisted. This also applies to hotel services and expenses incurred by it for third parties.
• The hotel is further entitled to demand an appropriate advance payment or a security deposit from the customer at the beginning and during the customer’s stay, provided that such an advance payment or security deposit was not already paid in accordance with the above provisions.
• The agreed prices do not include the current statutory GST, which is to be paid, in accordance with the Indian Laws, by the Customer.
• The hotel has the right to make the customer pay for any damages that are done to the property, as a whole or in parts, which includes expenses arising out of damage or destruction, whether knowingly or unknowingly, by the customer.
