To ensure a seamless and efficient check-in process, we request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines.
1. Check-in Time:
Our standard check-in time is 09:00 AM.
Early check-in is subject to room availability and may be requested in advance. An additional fee may apply for check-ins before 08:00 AM. We cannot guarantee early check-in.
2. Required Documents:
All guests (including children) must be registered at the time of check-in.
For all adults, a valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory. We accept the following forms of ID:
Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID Card.
Foreign Nationals: A valid Passport with a valid visa (if applicable).
A photocopy of the required ID will be taken for our records as per government regulations.
3. Payment:
The remaining balance of your reservation, along with any applicable taxes and fees, is due upon check-in.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and cash.
A refundable security deposit of ₹500 per room may be required to cover potential incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out after a room inspection.
4. General:
Confirmation Voucher: Please present your booking confirmation voucher or email at the front desk.
Accuracy of Information: The number of guests checking in must match the number on your booking confirmation. Any undeclared guests will be subject to an extra bed charge as per our occupancy policy.
Right of Admission: The management of Aaravee Countryside reserves the right to refuse check-in to any individual who fails to provide the necessary documentation or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and security of our guests and property.
