Welcome to Aaravee Countryside, a unit of Shreedham Hospitalities Pvt Ltd. By proceeding with your reservation and staying with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
1. General
● Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 09:00 AM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Driver’s License) for all adults at the time of check-in.
● Right of Admission: The management of Aaravee Countryside reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any guest at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, non-compliance with resort rules, or illegal activities.
2. Reservations and Payment
● Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only after the guest has made the required advance payment and received a confirmation voucher from the resort.
● Payment Policy: All room rates are subject to applicable taxes. The remaining balance of your stay is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards and UPI payments.
● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior to arrival will be eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will not be available for refund.
3. Guest Responsibilities
● Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property, including but not limited to rooms, furniture, fittings, and common areas, caused by themselves or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
● Safety and Security: Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. Aaravee Countryside is not liable for the loss of valuables or personal items. We advise guests to use the in-room safe for their valuables.
● Noise and Conduct: We request all guests to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Excessive noise, parties, or any behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.
● Illegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to the use or possession of illegal drugs or firearms, is strictly forbidden on resort premises.
